Big House
Address: 1863 Old Highway 2, Belleville
The Big House is located onsite at the Bay of Quinte Golf and Country Club just outside Belleville Ontario. Take Highway 401 to the Wallbridge-Loyalist exit and travel south to Highway #2. Turn right and travel west for 1km. The entrance to #1863 The Big House will be on your right just 20 meters after Wedgewood Drive.
Wifi: BQGCC-SnP2. No password is required.
Any units with evidence of smoking in the building, including tampering or covering the smoke detector will result in a $500 fine.Bylaw in effect for quiet hours between 11 pm to 7 am

Gambling Breakdown
All bets will be straightened through e transfer after the tournament.
Everyone will automatically be put in for $100 for gambling on golf. Details for other gambling we will have a ledger. How that works is you will basically ask either Travis, Sean or Joey to buy some poker chips. These chips will have cash value at the end of the night/next morning. Please be honest, cheating ruins it for everyone and you will not be invited to future tournaments if you are caught cheating.
There will be a running Texas Hold’em poker game going on where anyone can come in/leave with their chips.

Teams and Scoring Format
One point is awarded per hole won outright. Additional points for closest to the pin, longest drive, closest second shot, and longest putt (2 points per activity), as well as 2 points for not losing a ball per 18 holes. Team with the most points after two days wins.

Most importantly is Pace of Play - We have a big group so we need to keep the line moving this weekend. Not saying you need to rush, just keep on moving. While you are chatting, make sure you grab your clubs or keep moving towards your ball while you are talking. We don’t want to get in the bad books of the marshall and have to skip any holes. Play ready golf all weekend, which means each team just goes to their own ball and whichever team is ready to shoot can go ahead and shoot, don’t worry about the order of play.
